This article walks you through the steps to connect your Snapchat Ads account.
1. From the Jove homepage, click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner, then select the Connect Ad Account option.
2. Now, click on the button labeled Connect Your Snapchat Ads Account.
3. Locate your Snapchat Ad Account ID:
- Log in to Snapchat Ads Manager.
- Click the menu in the top corner and select ‘Ad Accounts.'
- The ID number will display next to your Ad Account’s name under 'Ad Account ID.'
- Copy the Ad Account ID next to your Account Name and paste it into the form labeled "Snapchat Ads Account ID".
4. Provide Jove Access to Your Snapchat Ad Account
- Click on the settings dropdown again in the top left-hand corner.
- Under the 'Business' column on the right, select 'Members.'
- In the top right of the next page, click 'Invite Member'
- In the 'Invite Member' dialog, add the following information:
- Name: Jove Software
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Role(s): Organization Admin (Required), Member (Optional)
- Click 'Invite Member'
5. After you've completed the above steps, your account will be up and running shortly.
It can take up to 1 business day to sync all account data. We're often much faster than this and will work with you to get your data in Jove!
